My journey into leatherwork started with a simple search for gear that wouldn't fail. Even as a kid, I gravitated toward products that felt solid—never flashy or bulky, just thoughtfully built and made to last. I first discovered leathercraft through a Boy Scout merit badge (shout-out to Troop 323!), but it wasn't until years later that I realized I wanted to build the kind of leather goods I'd searched for all along.

At the workbench, I obsess over the details most people never notice. From selecting the right weight of full-grain leather to refining an edge until it's smooth as glass, every step is done with one goal in mind: creating leather goods built for everyday carry.

The American West has always inspired me. I admire the grit of the farmers I grew up around, the discipline of the working cowboy, and the enduring spirit of those who built things to outlast themselves.
